How can I order a LUNGTA courier?

Orders can be placed via our iOS and Android mobile application, by phone at +33 1 44 70 90 70, or by email at serviceclient@lungta.fr.

Do I need to create an account to order a courier?

No.
It is possible to order an on-demand courier without creating an account, directly via our application or by phone.

Where do you operate?

LUNGTA operates primarily in Paris and the Île-de-France region for courier and urban logistics services.
Any request outside this area may be reviewed on a quotation basis, depending on the nature of the assignment and operational constraints.

When was LUNGTA founded?

LUNGTA was founded in 2002 and draws on more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the courier and urban logistics industry.

What are your operating hours?

Our services are available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Requests outside these hours require prior specific organisation.

What types of clients does LUNGTA serve?

Our services are designed for companies, brands and maisons, agencies, freelancers and private individuals seeking a professional, reliable and structured courier service.

What types of deliveries do you handle?

LUNGTA handles urgent deliveries, scheduled missions, specific operations (event-based, press or bespoke), the transport of professional documents and parcels, as well as urban logistics and last-mile services.

What can be delivered by courier?

Documents and envelopes, parcels and boxes, bags and suitcases, keys and passports, phones and computers, garment covers and racks, artworks and fragile items, bottles, flowers, tableware, small furniture, decorative items, and professional or event-related equipment.

Are deliveries insured?

Yes.
All deliveries are covered by our professional insurance, in accordance with our contracts and Terms and Conditions.

Is there a dedicated contact for key accounts or specific operations?

Yes.
For key account requests, event-based operations or bespoke projects, a dedicated team is at your disposal.

Each request is reviewed in order to provide an organisation and response tailored to the operational requirements.

Are your couriers employees?

Yes.
LUNGTA couriers are salaried and supervised, integrated into a structured organisation ensuring reliability, professionalism and continuity of service.
They wear professional attire and use LUNGTA-branded electric vehicles provided by the company.

Are you committed to environmental responsibility?

Yes.
LUNGTA is committed to a responsible approach and notably holds the EcoVadis Silver certification.

What types of vehicles do you use?

LUNGTA operates exclusively with electric vehicles adapted to urban constraints and various types of missions, including:
– electric two-wheelers,
– electric cargo bikes,
– electric cars,
– electric vans.
The type of vehicle is determined according to the mission, volume and operational constraints.

Do you transport furniture?

Yes, within certain limits.
LUNGTA transports small furniture compatible with urban courier delivery.
LUNGTA does not carry out removals or house moves.

Do you transport food?

No.
LUNGTA does not handle the transport of food, whether prepared, fresh or perishable.

Are there any items you do not transport?

For regulatory, safety and insurance reasons, we do not transport in particular:
– food products,
– illegal or regulated goods,
– hazardous or flammable products,
– animals,
– improperly packaged or unsuitable items.

In which languages are your services available?

LUNGTA services are available in French and English.
